I accidentaly clicked "Discard"

Hi I was making a piece and I really like it but accidentaly clicked the exit button for that piece since I had another page open, I accidentaly didn't read the text and clicked "Discard
" since I thought it would make the exit bar go away ( I am an idiot) but it ended up deleting my piece (I didn't save it at all before). So I was wondering is there any waay to get it back or is it lost forever it was called "Untitled 2018".
