How do I do a thing?

So, I've been working on a composition of mine, and I'm wondering how to change my left hand block chord. I'm trying to keep the top two notes as whole notes, but change the bottom one so I can play it again on the "&" of beat 3. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might do this?
