Vertical misplacing of "inverted" slur, if a system has 2 voices

I noticed it first, when trying out lute tablature with 3-dev: If I invert a slur, it is misplaced. But then I noticed this also happens in notation mode.
I attach examples with lute tablature and notation for 3-dev and with 2.3.2. In the first measure the slur is shown in default mode, m.2 inverted, m. 3 with an additional bass note in the same voice, m. 4 with a bass note in another voice. Also I attach an image with notation only.
Especially the last case is a real misplacement, whereas m. 3 is what you should expect (which is anyway a little bit problematic in lute tablature, as it should look like in m. 4 - slurs normally are only possible on the same string ...).
Here are the examples (lute tablature and notation in 3-dev and 2.3.2):

In 2.3.2 m. 4 is shown correctly and in lute tablature the slurs are placed nearer to the tab signs, what looks nicer imho:
