unclear handling for lyrics settings (Inspector vs. format/style)

There are 2 places were the placement of the lyrics can be defined:
Inspector and format/style
Normally the inspector should only modify the selected items. Concerning the lyrics, it does not: if I select a lyrics text and set placement to "above", then ALL lyrics of ALL staves of the same voice are moved to above.
For me it would be ok to set the complete voice of the selected staves - but not for all staves... (although still not conform to the logic, that only selected items...)

Moreover, when I change the selection "above" "below" in format/style/lyrics the lyrics in my score are moved to above/below. This behaviour disappears if I once explicitly set above/below for the lyrics of the voice. The latter seems to be a problem of setting the new properties for scores imported from V2.2.
