If you can find this in SoundFont / SF2 or SFZ format, then yes, you can use it, just see the Handbook under Soundfonts for info.

Hmm, IIRC then magical8bitplug is a VST/AU plugin. MuseScore does not support such audio plugins. The easiest way to use them with MuseScore would be to run them in a VST/AU host and route MS's midi out to the midi input of such a host.

You'll have to do a web search to learn how to use whatever software you elect to use with that plugin. Omnce you get that set up, you can either go to Edit / Preferences / I/O in MuseScore and set your MIDI Output device accordingly, or if that software doesn't allow direct connections, you can install and configure JACK (a web search on that will also yield good instructions). Much of this depends on the software you elect to use with your plugin, though - it's not really in MuseScore's hands.
