Create a score
Is it possible to create a score with 6 clarinets, 6 flutes, another 6 clarinets, 6 Alto Sax, Another 6 Clarinets, Another 6 Alto Sax, 6 French Horns, 6, Bassoons, 6 Trombones. There are other instruments such as violins, Violas etc which I can set up as they are standard in Musescore.

you will have to adjust the page size to see them all (e.g. A3)
The question should read: Is it possible to create a score with 6 clarinets on 1 stave, 6 flutes on 1 stave, another 6 clarinets on 1 stave, etc.

4 instruments is the maximum number you can put on a staff

4 voices is the maximum.
But you can have chords with more than 4 notes.
