Time signature
There doesn't seem to be an option to create time signatures like 5/8 or 3/8 in the newest version, unlike earlier versions ACCORDING TO QUICK START BOOK. This is very annoying, as 3/8, 5/8 and 7/8 are very popular time signatures in jazz and contemporary music.
Am I missing something here?
The rest of the program I LOVE and have stopped using Sibelius .. so I am very keen to resolve this isssue.

But note, 3/8 is already present on the palette, at least in the Advanced workspace. If you are still in the Basic workspace (see control at bottom of palette window) then be sure to switch to get more symbols.
