Page not found when invited users accept the invitation to my group

I created several groups and added scores to them.
Now i started inviting people to joint my groups.

The get a mail, and get the opertunity to accept the invite, with a green accept button
But then he/ sees a message Page Not Found and he is not added as a member.

I did not change or delete the groups after inviting people

How can I solve this?
