There is no trial version, not a pro one. There is just one MuseScore program, fully featured and free, both as in free speach and in free beer.
And it isn't edible, so you can lunch it ;-)
(Sorry, couldn't resist)
If you can't launch it, what happens if you try? Which Operating system are you using?

Ok it was funny, I am sorry about the missing A, but it did not solve my problem!:)
You said there is no trial and pro version, well I have this e mail from musescore
Thank you for upgrading to MuseScore Pro!
Your Pro membership will automatically start when the trial period is over on November 21, 2018.
Now it opened suddenly, but there is written
Impossibile leggere il file /Users/giuseppebianchini/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore2/scOiI627.mscz:
No such file or directory
That means that all my yesterday files are not saved???

There is a Pro membership on musescore.com (and a Pro version of the mobile apps), but none of this relates to any (lack of) feature in the MuseScore program (for Windows, Mac, Linux).
From the above message I deduct that you're using a Mac.
That kind of message (and with such a 'fabricated' filename happen after a crash, where MuseScore on the next start tries to open the last automatics backup file it created (by default every 2 minutes). It can't open that apparently.
See https://musescore.org/en/node/52116, maybe you can find a version of your score that is reasonably recent.
Maybe you can locate that /Users/giuseppebianchini/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore2/scOiI627.mscz and attach it here so we can try to recover it

Reagarding your missing file read what Jojo-Schmitz wrote. Just a warning: it looks like you subscribed to musescore.com which you don't need to use the MuseScore program. If you don't intend to use the musesscore.com services you should unsubscribe before your free trial ends (or you will get billed ...).

You need the Pro subscription to be able to store and see more than 5 scores on MuseScore.com, and I think for the new mobile app (for Android, iOS) to be able to use it with locally stored files.
There are some other goodies included with the Pro subscriptions, but indeed nothing you need for working with the MuseScore program itself.
