Positioning of dynamics, lines etc.
I am editing mainly scores with voice (with lyrics) and piano. It is everlasting work to rearrange the positioning of dynamics, lines, articulations, etc., as they should be usually upon the system in the voice system and under or between the piano systems. To set the (style) preferences for each instrument would be nice. But sure not easy to work out. The developers are doing very well, either!

in 2.x you can use a score style setting. Also in 3.0 you will be able to easily select Above or Below for many elements
Yes, a per staff style setting for at least hairpins and dynamics would be useful, above for vocal (but in closed score below for Tenor/Bass), below for the rest.
