Glissando: from note to exact note

I need to connect a double glissando, so that glissando of the top note goes to the top note, likewise with the bottom. However I get this constantly. Is there any way to make glissando between exact two chosen noteheads?

Hold down CtrlCtrl click on the different notes;
Doubler click glissando?

It is indeed awkward to use different voices in the example I need, but I see it as the only possible option. Trying to edit glissandos makes it extremely hard to control.
