MS 3: Tour messages not placed near highlighted items

Tour messages should appear next to the highlighted items. Seen here even if it is a bit buggy. However, on my machine it seems to just place them in the middle. I've tried force moving the message box via code and it is just ignored. I also went back to when I finished GSoC and tried those tours and the same issue happened. I don't know why this is the case, as it seems QWidget::move() is not actually moving the box anymore.
