Yes. Selecting multiple chord symbols (or multiple anything) can be done either by Ctrl+clicking as with pretty much any other program, or by first selecting the range then right-clicking one element and clicking Select / All Similar Elements in Range Selection (or just All Similar Elements, to select them all). Once you've done the selection, copy & paste works normally.
