Lock aspect ratio has no effect on resizing images in 3.0 Beta
Changing the size of an image in the inspector, the lock aspect ratio button has no effect.
When resizing the image by dragging the corner with the mouse aspect raion is always maintained.

When image size is changed and file saved - size is not maintained. Back to the original size after opening again.
