Repeat/Volta Brackets Causing Playback To Skip

I've been messing around with the volta brackets for at least 3 hours now. I can't seem to figure out how to get the playback to read it through properly. My intention was to have measures 13 to 16 repeat 4 times, the first 3 times playing the first volta and the fourth time play the second volta. I'm guessing that because there's another verse that's exactly the same (in terms of volta properties), the playback doesn't read through it correctly. What happens is it goes from the start, then repeats 13 to 16 four times, still plays the first volta on the fourth repeat, skips to measure 42, then skips to measure 63 after finishing measure 44, then plays the rest of the piece. I've provided the musescore file. Hopefully there's a way around this.
