colored notes?
Downloaded something and it has colored notes. How do I get rid of the colors and back to black and white?

Thanks so much. COuldn't find that in the instructions
wish i had colored notes i will have to look into it. i do not know the answer perhaps it can be accomplished in a pdf.

I've run into colored notes again and forgot the simple way to get rid of them WITHOUT the plugin. The colored notes plugin pointed too doesn't work for me. I don't have it in my version and have no idea how to load it.
Last time someone gave me an easy way to change all the notes to black without the plugin. Hope you are still around.

press ctrl+a, click notes in the inspector and click the restore to defaults button to the right of the color and all notes will return to black.
If you mean gold and red notes that are out of the range of the instrument then use Edit-Note Input and remove the check from "Color notes outside of..."

Doesn't seem to work for me. I clicked the tiny little box "restore to defaults" but nothing happened.

out-of-extension notes?
Preferences->Note Input->Colour notes...
