Random Sound plays when I close MS3

For me, everything in MS3 has been working perfectly fine. I haven't had many problems. But when I close the program, sometimes there's a loud sound and it scares me half to death because I'm using my headphones at close to max volume. I don't know if it's something with the program or if it's something with my computer but I just wanted to let you guys know.
