Repeat Last Two Bars doesn't work if the bars have different time signatures

I created a two bar pattern with one bar in 7/8 and the other in 8/8, then used "repeat last two bars" to try to repeat them but the repeat of the 7/8 bar plays with 8 beats (the extra beat is silent).
