Custom Display of Time Signatures

Is it possible to typeset in MuseScore 3: (1) a single-digit time signature displaying only the nominator (see attached), and (2) floating time signatures above the staff (see attached)? I remember being able to achieve the former in MuseScore but can't seem to recreate it in version 3.

These are both only possible by using pictures. In staff properties you can uncheck show time signatures to make the actual time signature not show if you want to use a picture.
