Personal Messaging not working
I am trying to correspond with a user via personal messaging but the envelope icon won't appear on their profile. And yes they do have personal messaging enabled.

You need to use https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com and should probably tell them which user you're talking about, or use https://musescore.com/contact if you don't want to publicly disclose the user you are trying to contact.
