Palette exclusive

Dear Sirs
I installed Musescore version 3.01
In Musescore 2.3.2 I had an exclusive palette of mine with signals that I need for my scores
How do I create this palette in musescore 3 so that I can place my signals?
I did this in the past in earlier versons but I can not remember anymore.
