Automatically enable monetization for "Send to YouTube" feature.

Even though I'm a small channel and money doesn't really mean much to me. But to earn it and use it at good means is important.
I've some some dollars because of that and it would be great if the monetization is automatically enabled when upload.

Yes, I edit the descriptions, advanced settings, etc. But it's easy to forget about monetization and you can't blame me as for what I've just said.
