Rests altered in wrong bar.

1. Begin new Piano score.
2. Enter notes in treble clef.
3. Enter 4 whole notes, tied, Bass clef, Voice 2. Exit note entry.
4. Select whole rest, Bass clef, Bar 2.
5. Select quarter rest.

Expected result, based on previous versions - selected rest should alter to 2 quarter rests and 1 half rest.
Actual result - rest in bar 3 changes position, rest in bar 2 stays selected with no change.
