MuseScore update
Hi
I am offered an update to MuseScore 3.01 . When I try to install it my computer warns me against doing so because it is not available in the app store. Is it genuine or should I wait for the update to appear in the store?

Thanks for the reassurance. For information MuseScore 2 is on the app store.

What app store? For iOS? That won't help this is the songbook/player app, not the score writer.
Or do you mean the Windows Store? There indeed only MuseScore is available currently, 3.0.1 has been submitted last Saturday but hasn't jet made it through the checks, 3.0 has not been submitted at all as far as I know.

I mean the Microsoft Store. On my PC MuseScore 2 is the only option. The update offered directly is, as you say, 3.0.1 . Presumably this will soon be available in the Microsoft Store. Thanks again.

It is on the way there, so hopefully soon. But it'd be the 32bit version. On the download page here you'd get the 64bit one
