Can't Find the 'Notes' Menu - Please help

Hey everyone, this might seem like a dumb question, but I'm trying to transpose my piece and the tutorials say you should go to the 'Notes' menu and open a transpose dialog. But I just don't have the menu that everyone uses in the videos? My toolbar has every option except that one. Is this because I don't have pro? (though I am using a pc and I just downloaded the program...) Attached is a screenshot of what other people's toolbar looks like and what mine looks like
