Style Screens - cannot see update button and not able to scroll to it

When selecting Format/ Style, the screen appears, but I cannot see how to apply/ update. I'm assuming these buttons are lower down on the screen, but the program will not let me scroll down to them.
Neither will the screen reduce in size when I align the double arrow to the edge
I'm using windows 10
