Slurs on grace notes do not adjust when inserting new bars

1) Place grace notes on existing notes.
2) Add a slur between the grace note and full note.
3) Insert a bar (anywhere before grace notes).
4) Slurs will remain in place while the rest of the score will move for new bars.
