There is no way to enlarge a single note
What are you trying to do?
Whereas a note itself cannot be enlarged (mainly because it will overlap the staff lines/spaces), it can be made smaller, so that the others look larger.

To enlarge all the notes in the staff, along with the staff itself, increase the Scaling in Page Settings...
