Cannot adjust the size of the style page so I can see the apply and OK buttons at the bottom.

I am trying to adjust the size of the style page so I can access a larger selection of fonts. It is too big for my screen and the style preference button at the bottom of the list on the left is not visible, nor are the "apply" and "OK" buttons at the bottom of the page. When I try to use the page adjustment arrows, right and left, top and bottom, they either don't work or they freeze the program and I have to use the task manager to shut it down.
