Changing dynamics in a long note
How do you say dim. a long note at the end of a phrase when rests follow? For example I have a solo violin that ends a phrase on an A for 4 beats starting at forte and I want it to end around mp before the next measure which is 20 bars of rests.

You probably realize that the dynamic change does not happen on a single note. When this is fixed in the next few updates, you will be able to enter your target dynamic on the first rest after the dim or you can change the offset in the dim so that it changes to your target dynamic.
