MuseScore 3 - Problem with Lines (brackets)

I use hooked lines (brackets) to mark fingering and phrasing for harp music. I'm having an issue when I try to angle a bracket. The hooks either dissapear or become skewed.

Here is a bracket before adjusting the angle...

And here is the same bracket after moving the right handle up...

I've tried this with the pre-hooked "Pedal" line, as well as the straight line with hooks added manually. The same error happens. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
