Doubled Keys And Time Signatures

I'm looking through my scores and finding doubled keys and times. The first one, it won't let me delete. The second one does delete but it messes up everything after it. The tempo gets changed, a key and time appear but it doesn't sound correct. Is there a way to fix this? or are we all stuck with this until a new update comes?
