Crescendo + diminuendo hairpin

Would it be possible to add a hairpin swell (crescendo and then diminuendo) as a single line object? Right now if I want to put a swell on an odd number of notes, the cresc. and dim. either overlap or are unequal length (see pictures), and I have to adjust each instance manually.

cresc. on notes 1+2, dim. on notes 2+3

cresc. on notes 1+2, dim. on note 3
