There was one for version 2 that allowed several different temperaments. It says it was ported to version 3, see https://musescore.org/en/project/tunings-and-temperaments. I haven't tried it so feedback would be appreciated for others.

Thanks for your feedback! I'm actually looking for a plugin that can support other EQUAL temperaments such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/19_equal_temperament. Those irregular temperaments are interesting, though!
