Musescore 3 and Musescore 2

Thank you for this amazing software suite. You have transformed our small trio, (I am the only one who can read music!) and made me able to write scores for the first time in my life. Moreover, the 'lyrics' feature enables me to create a score which my non-music-notation-reading pals can play. (I show the note letters and underneath, the lyrics, to orientate them). I must then take care of the timing and pauses when we play!

It is too daunting for lay persons to purchase expensive music software, only to find it too complex and unmanageable. Musescore enables and empowers (would-be) musicians without any risks, and that is generosity worthy of high praise.

After gradually becoming more able with Musescore 2, I am reluctant to embrace 3 immediately. Amateurs like me take a long time to find buttons etc., and - perhaps wrongly - stick to what we know, even though new versions are obvious improvements. I'm afraid to lose my hard-won Musescore 2 'skills' right now!

Time will improve that. Meanwhile - many thanks for your incredible expertise in creating this music notation software.
