Put the request in at https://musescore.org/en/node/add/project_issue?pid=1236 with a severity of S5-Suggestion and leave the other fields to their defaults.
When you do this, make sure to include the tunings and number of strings and frets you want included. Also include the highest note you consider possible for each instrument.
In the mean time, it seems the easiest way to create a Vihuela in MuseScore is to select the appropriate Lute and do any adjustments to the tuning you need.
why don´t you simply use the 6 course lute? The tuning is the same and I dont think you will find another sound for the playback
