Notes Continue During Rests After Trill

I have 2 flutes playing a long trilled note, and they both continue playing (the same notes, but not trilled) during the rests following the note. The notes stay blue during playback, and a dynamic change at the end of the note impacts the dynamic at the beginning of it.
