Music sound does not start the first note, it starts middle of bar, does not relate the music notes

If you're talking about the note on measure 2 beat 3, it is a G2, but looks like a D3 because you probably inadvertently dragged it with the mouse while it was in edit mode (after a double click) resulting in changing the visual position of that note only without changing the actual pitch.

Either select the note and press Ctrl+R to reset it's position to default, or use the Inspector to reset the Chord Offset Y-value.
