Parts tabs don't visually update in fullscreen mode until moused over

  1. Go to fullscreen mode
  2. Open any score with parts. Click a part, and the former part will remain highlighted until you mouse over it or click somewhere else.
  3. If you switch to another score, the parts from the old score will remain visible until you mouse over them.

I'm using 3.0.5 on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6
