Bugs with Musescore 3.0.5
1) I can not find double dot, as in version 2
2) I can not upload songs to on line, apearing a black screen, when I try to do it.
3) I can not find where to save pdf files, as in version 2
4) I can not find where to save png files, as in version 2
5) I can not find where to save jpg files, as in version 2

Can you confirm you are using a 32 bit version of MuseScore for your windows 7 system. I realize there are some 64 bit version of windows 7 also. Knowing this might help to track down the problem.
