Velocity Offset

I am scoring a guitar piece in 3 voices and want to make all voice 3 notes quieter. What velocity offset would correspond to the difference in dynamics between "f" and "mf" ?

"mf" to "f": offset 20 = f (96)
"f" to "mf": offset -10 = mf (80)

formula:
result = dynamic+((dynamic/100)*offset)

Or use "user" option instead of "offset" option; so you can enter a number between 80 (mf) and 96 (f) directly.
