Creating More Than One "System Anchor"

Perhaps someone can implement a feature into Musescore that allows more than just one staff (the top staff) to be a system "anchor".
For example, system text and tempo markings are automatically anchored to the top system. Maybe there can be a way to select another staff to have these texts anchor to itself as well.
Some orchestral scores I've seen have tempo markings at the top of the Winds staves as well as the same marking placed at the top of the Strings staves.
