Master Volume in Mixer is 100%

I open my score the Master Gain in volume is very high, How to keep the master gain with -1.00 db?

My musescore :

Try opening the Synthesizer (View/Synthesizer), move the volume slider slightly. When the 'Save as Default' button is activated, press it
