How can I make a measure value with only a number 2 in it. As used in old music?

I did it sometime around the middle/end of January but can't find the thread discsuusing it. It involved changing the properties of the Time Signature's text and putting a blank space in the denominator box.

Even the fact it is not too much used, MuseScore could let us to use measures with numbers above and rhythmic figures below.
Just an idea.

Ah, it is possible to create a new Time Signature but not to change an existing one:
