Visibility bars, staff and systems

Several times I have tried to hide empty bar, staff or systems ..
I almost never got a satisfactory result ...
can someone help me?

I would like to get visibility like PDF loaded below...
but I only managed to get partial results, not satisfactory
(just starting from the system separators and bar lines )
I enclose three tests examples ... for different techniques ...
