Corrupted files

Hello

I am trying to open my Musescore file but unfortunately all of them come up with:

The document “Major 7 Arpeggios.mscz” could not be opened. The file isn’t in the correct format.The file might be corrupted, truncated, or in an unexpected format.

Do you have any solutions for this as I have dozens of files I need access to.
