Double time signatures in Measures

I get double Time Signs with I create parts from the score. How do I prevent this?

There is a bug that can occasionally cause this; the bug is fixed in the 3.1 beta version, so you can try that. meanwhile, when it happens, turn off courtesy time signatures in Format / Style / Page, save, reload, then you can turn them back on.
