Refund

Hello! I signed up for the free trial for musescore, of course I had to put in my credit card info to do so. I had intended to cancel before the free trial ended but ended up trying to cancel a day after the 30 day trial after being charged. I had emailed the support team to try to get a refund as I only used it once after trial sign up (only signed in now to post on this forum) and they declined my request dor a refund. I tried emailing again so they can re consider my refund request but has gotten no response. Can someone pls help me? Thank you!

There is no charge or trial period to use musescore, the notation program. You probably signed up for an account to UPLOAD unlimited scores to a public server. There is a charge for that. Keep contacting the support people you have been contacting. Remember, you did go beyond the trial period. Hopefully, someone likes your work and is playing it!

No such thing for MuseScore nor here on musescore.org, so you got to be talking about musescore.com or the mobile apps for Android or iOS and would need to go there to request a refund and only there. Nobody here can help yopu on that..
