Add a picture/screenshot

I can't seem to find a way to post a screenshot/picture in a new thread/existing thread in my group.

Options available (Bold, Italic, Underline, Quote, User menion) doesn't allow this.
The 'upload' option seen below here when you post isn't anywhere to be found in ,e.g., group threads.

Am I searching for something that doesn't exist?
