Dot in part jumps back to score

Before I submit a bug report on the issues tracker, I need to know if this has been discovered. This actually might be more than one bug. Here is a reference video I made: https://youtu.be/zkgPWgfcxjI

I've found that clicking note dots within parts is causing the view to jump back to the score. The view also stays in the instrument tab.
Also, the program crashes upon exiting the program.
EDIT: NOT the program. It crashes only when closing the score tab, after clicking a dot and jumping back to score.

Also also, (and I failed to show this in the video) but the note dot sizes within parts cannot be changed in Format > Style > Notes. But it works fine in the score,
